POLINARES Workshop on the preliminary results of Work Package 3 held in the Hague

The fourth Workshop for the project was held on 15th November 2011 in The Hague and was hosted by the Clingendael International Energy Programme. The aim was to share some of the preliminary results of WP3 with specialists not directly involved in the project in order to refine the draft report before completion in February 2012.
